The location turned out to be marvellous, very close to the center and the store and Shreveport. Furthermore, close to everything. Had a really great stay in our clean and beautiful room with a king size bed. A lot of food for breakfast, it was great!

The staff at Comfort Inn Shreveport I-49 are very friendly and helpful, they even took care of parking for us. The location is fantastic, just a short drive from Shreveport and the city center. Additionally, we loved the beautiful lake that was only a 30-minute walk away from the hotel.

I was walking my service dog, and was approached by a maintenance guy and was told very rudely "he can't be in the hotel". I wasn't, and reminded him that he was a service dog, ( I am a disabled veteran and a police officer, ATF, and my dog must be with me 24/7) and I was just going to my room. Two doors from the side entrance. He waited and stalked my wife waiting for me to leave and tried to approach her when I advised him he needs to leave and go back to work. This was at 0600 hrs., thanks

Convenient Location: This place is in a great spot, close to the city center and shops. 🏙️ If you're craving a quick bite, there's a KFC right on the property.

The bath tub controls for hot & cold water were opposite from what the controller shows. The staff told me they have 2 rooms w/this problem. Why don't they fix it?

I've stayed here before and would stay there again. Breakfast had a good variety. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-49. A KFC is within a 10-minute walk for dinner.

Had such a great stay for the holidays. Clean rooms were beautiful with a king size bed. The hotel was in an easy location, close to everything. The lunch in KFC not too far from the venue had every choice imaginable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Shreveport area. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit, as it provided easy access to the areas of town we were visiting for the holidays. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we found convenient parking during our stay.
